Alex Gostevskikh (Managing Director and Executive Chairman)

Alex Gostevskikh MSc MBA, is a geologist with 28 years of experience in international mining and exploration for such commodities as gold, silver, antimony, mercury, and base metals. He has extensive corporate experience through his involvement with a number of listed companies on the TSE and NYSE markets. Prior to joining Uranium Resources he was a Regional Exploration Manager for Centerra Gold Inc (TSE:CG), the largest Western gold producer in Central Asia and has held other positions including Exploration Manager for Gulf International Minerals, Senior Geologist for Kinross Gold (TSE:K) and Amax Gold, as well as consulting engagements with a number of major and junior mineral exploration companies. Alex brings a valuable combination of many years' experience in both mining operations and exploration.

Alex is a QP member of the Mining and Metallurgical Society of America and acts as a Competent Person under the definitions of the 2004 Edition of the Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves and as a Qualified Person under the AIM Note for Mining, Oil and Gas Companies.

James Pratt (Non-Executive Director)

James Pratt (BSc (Hons), Grad Dip Fin. Investment) is a geologist with over 20 years experience in the mining and exploration industry in Australia, Africa and Central Asia. He has been a director of a number of listed companies both in the UK and in Australia. Mr Pratt speaks kiswahili and was Chief Mine Geologist for the 2 million ounce Golden Pride mine in the Lake Victoria goldfields of Tanzania between 1998 and 2001. Mr Pratt has been integral in building the Company's presence and portfolio of licences in Tanzania.

Andrew Lewis (Non-Executive Director)

Andrew Lewis BSc MBA ARSM, has nearly 30 years of corporate experience having managed mining operations in Western and Eastern Europe and the Former Soviet Union. He was formerly the General Manager of Atlantic Mining Ltd. a privately owned company with gold exploration and bauxite development projects in West Africa, and with additional opportunities being generated elsewhere in Africa, and SE Asia. Previously he was General Director of Nui Phao Mining JV Co, Ltd, building an open pit tungsten-bismuth-fluorspar-copper-gold mine in northern Vietnam. Prior to which he was President of Kumtor Operating Company in the Kyrgyz Republic, a subsidiary of Centerra Gold Inc, where he was responsible for corporate management, operations and development.

Viacheslav Medvedev (Non-Executive Director)

Viacheslav Medvedev, a qualified geologist since 1980, specialising in prospecting and mineral exploration, worked for various exploration companies in Kyrgyzstan and Russia. Mr Medvedev has over 15 years of corporate experience having worked for a number of Russian focussed companies advising on matters of finance, accounting and business development. Mr Medvedev has also held various directorships during his career; from 1997 to 2005 he held the position of General Director of Skott, Riggs and Fletcher (Audit) Limited, a corporate consultancy and audit company specialising in the Russian corporate development. Currently, he is a member of the Board of Directors of Alef-Bank, a Russian Federation bank, and acts as an investment advisor of Eastlink Lanker plc,which was established to explore new industrial and financial investment opportunities in mineral exploration and development, oil extraction eqiupment, banking and corporate consulting. Mr. Medvedev is also a Director of Estes Limited, a cornerstone shareholder of Uranium Resources, which is part of the Tangent Fund Group.

Sergey Alekhin (Non-Executive Director)

Dr Alekhin has over 15 years of professional experience in the field of business development and finance. His previous roles included consulting engagements with small and intermediate companies in the resource sector. Subsequently, he held positions of corporate development director and financial executive in a number of private companies principally involved in the manufacturing of equipment for the oil and gas industry. Dr Alekhin has also held various directorships during his career and is presently a Director of L.C.M. Italia S.P.A, an Italian manufacturer of valves for the oil and gas industry, and Chairman of Borets International Oilfield Equipment (Shanghai) Co., a significant manufacturer of submersible pumps for oilfields.
